Just an update on the walking path.

We've worked out a longer path around the whole parking lot that will be one half mile. This will be shown on the new store directory, that is being printed now (May 5) and will be in the dispensers soon.It will also be on this site hopefully later this week. Over the next several months, we'll be painting the route on the sidewalk and adding distance markers. When Phase 2 is complete. we'll extend the route there making a longer path, taking in Uptown Park and Central Bark.

Hi Rachelle,

We've marked the two train track walking paths, as you probably know - a short one of 96 feet round Central Park and a longer one of 1610 round the park and then round the back of the parking lot.

We haven't looked at extending that onto the front sidewalks as they are City property, but once Phase 2 is complete, in time for September 1st moving in date, then we will probably create a path that goes around the exsiting track and then into phase 2 taking in the stores on that side and the proposed dog park (Central Bark) that will be towards the rear of the Phase 2 development.

Do many of you use Uptown Station as a walking track? That would be an interesting project to encourage more people to do that. Let me know?

Has anyone marked of the walking path of around the entire store frontage of the current Uptown Station then onto the front side walks along Eglin Parkway? If not, we would appreciate the information as that is our walking track.

Thanks.
